New Bible

I got a new Bible the other day for my birthday and I love it. It's the new English Standard Version which I've been using a lot lately when I quote scripture. I like the language and since it is literal, its a lot more reliable and accurate.

Drew makes a good case for the ESV on his blog.

I think its important for Christians to investigate any translation or commentary for accuracy. We shouldn't assume that it's prefect just because some scholar is behind it. I know there are some errors in the ESV, but the list is a lot smaller when compared to dynamic equivalent translations.
