Holding My Head Up High

I was voted to be the first teacher of the month at Pleasant Grove Elementary. I've had it once before, but this one is different and much more special. Parents nominated me. I've heard that it wasn't just parents from this year, but from years before too. I am very honored. This has definately put a pep in my step at work.

I'm going to be featured in two local papers and I received a nice flower arrangement. Plus, you can see that my name was featured on our school sign today. I'm also in the running for the "Second Mile" teacher award which is Teacher of the Year.

  2. I could not be prouder had I given birth to you! I know and see how hard you work, and I certainly know how hard it is to teach all day. Keep up the good work. We are proud as punch of our son-in-law.
