Makin' Music

Tomorrow, we're taking a whirlwind trip to FHU for Makin' Music. This is the big club show competition that most christian colleges have. Daniel and Mandi are both in the show. Makin' Music is definately the best type of show I've seen.

Kim was in Tri Zeta's show a few times. Back in '99, her club show blew the competion away with a tear jerker story about World War II. They placed 1st in just about everything and won sweepstakes. This was probably the best show in FHU history.

This is the last year we'll get to see Daniel and Mandi perform since they are graduating. Below is a picture from last year. Daniel looked better in costume when he had his full pirate outfit on. They did a show on pirates and southern belles. Daniel sang a solo to the tune of "Sponge Bob Square Pants." I think they got third in lyrics which Daniel wrote.

My favorite show Daniel was in was the "Fed Up" show about Federal Express and UPS. The show was about them trying to deliver a package to Milton Sewell, the president of FHU. In the end, the good ol' United States Postal Service saves the day. It was hilarious.

Edit - We had a trip. We enjoyed the show and it was good seeing Daniel and Mandi. Addi really loved the show. One show was about toys (Barbies, Raggedy Ann, Toy Soldiers, and Army Men). During the show, Addi told Jasmine "You is like the pink (Barbie) and me is like the red (Raggedy Ann)."
