Greetings and Salutations! (Events)

I've decided to enter the world of blogging. I've seen others and thought I'd give it a try. So welcome! I've decided that the topic of my blog will be on Christian parenting.

While I am no expert on the subject, I hope to have many posts on being a parent. I'll probably share my own experiences and write about what the Bible says regarding parenting. Feel free to add your own comments!

My favorite verse on parenting is Proverbs 22:6. "Train up a child in the way he should go, Even when he is old he will not depart from it. " - NASB. I've decided to name my blog on this passage.

Let me tell you about myself. I am a proud husband and father. I've been married for 7 years to my wife Kim. I've been a father for 2 1/2 years. Addi and Levi (4 months old) are my two children. There is no room for debate on this, but they are the two most beautiful children in the world.

We live in Pleasant Grove, AL. I teach 3rd grade at the local elementary school. My wife is a stay-at-home Mom. We are members of Sylvan Springs Church of Christ.
