Check out Calorie King. A friend recommended it yesterday. My diet continues to go well and I'm confident I'll hit the 40 pound mark this week. One thing I want to do differently on this diet is to stick with for a long time. I've already thought about staying consistent as much as I can during Spring Break, the Lads to Leaders convention, and even the summer. I want to see how low I can go!
