Kim and both started a diet last week. Kim weighed last night at her Weight Watchers meeting and lost over 7 pounds. I weighed today on our scale and it said I lost 12. Not sure how accurate that was, but it's nice to lose weight! Now that I've been dieting a week with results, I'll be able to stick to it and lose more.
In other news, I returned to work today. It was difficult sitting though meetings today, but at least it's Friday. The students return Monday.
