Yesterday I had a math workshop to attend downtown at the board office. It was nice seeing the teachers I'll be working with this year. The new ones weren't there, so I don't know who I'll be teaming with.
A couple of the teachers paid me the ultimate compliment. They said they always knew who my students were (from third grade) because they were good in math. That made me feel good.
Some days as a teacher I ask "What in the world am I doing?" I think I can relate to the guy in the video below.
