After five weeks of dieting, I've lost 24 pounds. I've now reached the point where my clothes are loose. I was even able to wear some new shirts my Mom sent that didn't fit before! My overall goal was to lose 30 pounds before school starts and I think I'll be able to reach it.
I hadn't been writing down my points before this week. Now I am. I'm also working on snacking less and eating small portions. Exericise hasn't been a problem. I've been riding my exercise bike a lot.Here are a couple of great resources to use. I like this Weight Watchers calculator. You can also find a list of restaurants with their food point values on Dottie's restaurant list.
