Weight Update


After a week of dieting, I've lost 4 lbs. I messed up and read the scale wrong by 10 lbs in my favor last week, so that was nice. Now that I've done it for a week, it'll be easier to keep it going.

I've always exercised on my bike daily, but I'm doing it more. Addi helps by cheering me on by saying "Go Daddy, Go Daddy!"

  4. The race is on! I wish I could bottle my first weeks willpower and save it for like week 6! I think I will write a book on yo-yo dieting.

    P.S. I always loose big the first week- at Weight Watchers I lost 11 1/2 pounds in the first week. The scale was stuck on yesterday's number this morning so week 2 is off to a slow start. No gain at least.
