Please, Sorry, and Thank You.

We've tried to teach Addi to use these words. We've been somewhat successful, but she has learned the power to abuse them! Tonight when we made a quick trip to Wal-Mart, she decided she wanted some chocolate. I said no and she begged "Please, please, please Daddy!" She thinks "please" is another way to say "I want it." As for "sorry," she knows to use it after she's misbehaved. She knows how to make her voice sound just right where it tugs at the heart. Thankfully, she uses "thanks" much better. In fact, she'll say it even when she does something for us. She also has said "thanks" a couple of times when she places her dollar in the collection plate!
