Retirement

My dad is now officially retired from the military. My parents now live in Lawton, OK and I've been told that they never want to move again. It seems strange that they are now retired and won't be moving every 3 years.

Speaking of retirement, I have 20 some odd years until mine, at least according to my principal. One of our recently retired third grade teachers stopped by to visit. She's lost weight, looks younger, and had a big grin on her face. I said "Boy, if this is what retirement will do to you, I'm ready." My principal then jokingly reminded me that I still have many years to serve.
