One thing that is helping is our new toy: a Wii and Wii Fit. What fun! It's weird to think that a video game could help you burn calories, improve your balance, and keep track of your weight. It even has Yoga which Addi loves to do.

In other news, it's been WET here. We've had tons of rain today and even had a brief tornado warning. What a fun way to start back at school.

ReplyDeletePaul I am the best Wii Fit player.lol. That game is very hard to play it told me I was 76 years old and I got to thinking about it no wonder I couldn't do the excercies this is a good excuse just kidding. Love you and keep up the good work on your diet. Mary

ReplyDeleteGreat job! What is wrong with the world where we turn to a video game to git in shape? Well... I don't care because it's genius! I have not lost as much as you-CONGRATS!- but i have brought my Wii Fit age down to 27! I'm pretty proud! BTW, Sunday night is a Survivor Retreat planning session at my parents house and dinner will be served! Hope it won't hurt the diet!! :)
